I like working from home but the payscale and paid time off policies need improvement

Employees need to be rewarded for their achievements and not just counseled on areas that they need improvement on

I would like to make more per hour and raises should be more regular and substantial. Also there should be more paid time off
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work pace is very demanding and there is not a great paid time off policy, so its very easy to get burnt out
