I liked the work and the customers but the supervisors are always messing it up.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the one supervisor. He keeps changing things and it messes everything up.

Too many changes. Systems will not stay up and lose time while trying to fix it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's only a dollar over minimum wage, a raise would be great but they take a long time.
