Overall, my experience with Sykes is just right. There are definitely some areas of opportunity that the leadership should try to focus on but overall, it was a good experience working for Sykes.

The company most particularly in our account, there is much emphasis on work-life balance.

Our company's interview process was just right as the interviewer made me feel at ease during the interview.

The leadership team focuses on how to better the business so it means that the future is bright for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together to achieve a common goal and they "buy in" to whatever needs to be done to achieve the goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited coming in to the office especially because all my colleagues are fun to work with and that my managers are always willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe they need to review if they can bring back the annual appraisal for all employees. This way, the compensation has a chance of going up if the employee performs well for the year.
