I have a hard time relating do to age gap, culture and prior experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Exec and Management can be more open and direct instead of hiding in their offices. By supporting all ethnicity not just two. Implementing FINANCIAL INCENTIVE.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid hourly needs to be a livable wage starting $17-$21 (National Average); 401K should be 6% match; minimum of 2-3 weeks vacation and a sick policy of 5 days.
