I said it was difficult, because you can not get an interview.

everyone on my team is trying to do the best, and always help each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are just no path to career growth. Our team leads/manager should be able to recommend raise's or promotions. Growing your career should mean more then just a statemet.
