It's a good company with good people and a renewed, focused strategy. Our potential is sometimes hampered by limited ownership investment and long-range planning, which can compound itself over time because customers with less-than-stellar experiences can have long memories.

While I would like to be busier, almost all the interactions I have had with co-workers, customers etc has been positive.

It's a pleasure to work for a company with such an outstanding leadership team, unsurpassed culture, and diversity.

Still fairly new with the company. The monthly meetings are very informative and lets us know what is happening on the side we don't see. Shows us how to keep up the pace as we strive to grow symplr. Fairness all around. Being able to see what our other offices, cultures and environments are doing

I've had a great experience at symplr. The leadership and each team have made this a great company to work for. I love my team and the extra opportunities (ERGs, volunteer, Komen, etc) to bring different value to a remote culture.

That they have a thoughtful, transparent plan for getting symplr back on track.

I like the communication and transparency. The willingness to answer difficult questions is also important.

I can't really judge just one part of the package. Scheduling flexibility, medical benefits ...

In addition to the competitive salary and benefits, there are a number of online educational/learning programs.

Compatible with other companies out there

Health insurance (cost and offering) are great especially considering the current market. Permissive PTO

It is a good start out package with definite ability to grow.

Responsibilities are added to compensate other people leave the company, but with no associated increase in pay.

I an unofficially working more than the role i was hired for and it seems we are being discouraged from asking for increases. Ive checked in a few times to no avail.

We work as a team and support each other on and off the clock.

The team I work with is highly interactive and supportive.

Everyone is willing to help. If they don't know, they know who does.

We all have different skills. We work well to accomplish the tasks and goals

We generally don't hire or retain toxic jerks. Good people

The culture is very diverse and inclusive.

It's all inclusive. Love to see and learn about other cultures within symplr.

We are a big diverse company, everyone is striving for the same thing for symplr to grow.

Increased cross training would help with the down time and help to spread the load a little more.

I am most happy when kept busy and having the opportunity to assist in providing our customers with a quality product.

Seeing the fruits of my labor!

Knowing that I am helping providers to be able to do their job

Being busy and accomplishing some big tasks

It is still a job and there is a lot around my role that can be undesirable even if I am very good at it.
