What makes you most happy at work?I love knowing my peers, my managers have 1 focus in mind, quality, meeting and exceeding expectations/turnaround times. I love that I am treated with respect and common courtesy. I feel important and that makes me work better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and heard. Through their actions and initiatives, they ensure that diverse perspectives are not only acknowledged but actively sought out and integrated into decision-making processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I do think that my pay could be higher, based on average/median salary within the industry. Because of the history of pay of when I first started, it has impacted the overall compensation $ value over time, but I think symplr is doing it's best.
