Investment in people, challenging problems, leaders in our industry, we are directly involved in helping our customers, execs communicate openly (mostly) with their teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For some reason, sales equity grants have been very limited. Other companies are very generous with their grants on top of competitive salary, commission and overall benefits. They also have quarterly vesting grants which is very appealing.
