What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong vision. Good communication to all levels of the org on key objectives and current issues impacting the company. Many of the leaders have strong technical backgrounds which is important in leading edge technology companies
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Synopsys variable compensation plan rewards employees at the end of the year based on how well the company did. In general, this plan does very well almost every year as the company sets important goals and good team execution regularly exceeds the targets.
