Overall I think this is a wonderful company to work for that is safe, dependable, established, and with a lot of potential. I think when a company gets to this size many employees become small fish in a very large sea and even exceptional talent can be underrecognized and should be better identifie
transparency, common vision, we support one another
Their vision to scale and grow the company.
contributing and delivering high quality work
they are organic and candid
my coworkers, the projects I am tasked with working on, what I am working on.
Bonus. I would like to receive RSU's and I don't. I would like equity.
the impact I am able to make on employees - that I am able to see to fruition
responsive, high performers, deliver quality work, out of the box thinkers and strategizes, do-ers, agile, they do what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner.
People are devoted and committed to Synopsys. They have devoted their lives and careers to this company and it is evident in the care they have. Most everyone is willing to help and support in some way
Even as a high contributing employee you can go years without receiving a promotion. Although there are incentives like bonus and stock, those are taxed highly and you have to be here for a while to reap the benefits. It should be reflected in base pay as well.
I feel undervalued as the level and scale of my job has significantly increased (it has gone from tactical and operational to strategic) yet my pay has not reflected that. The company has not given me any equity from the time I started three years ago (and the stock price has doubled in this time)
