When I arrived 7 years ago, this place was old fashioned, with leadership that was stale and unwilling to innovate. In the past 3 years we've made a huge shift, bringing in executives with modern ideas and ways of doing things. It's made this a fantastic place to be!

I appreciate how everyone is very kind to one another. Sometimes we find ourselves in difficult situations, but we always treat each other with respect and kindness.

My team is highly collaborative, super creative, and always supportive. We work together to solve problems and get all the work done. Plus, we have so much fun together!

The leadership team makes sound decisions and then communicates them to employees. I like the bold investments they are making to shape our company to be successful for the long term.

My team is always willing to help each other. People from different parts of the org even jump in to help when the work requires it. Plus, they are all friendly and just genuinely good people.

They clearly articulate the strategy and then explain what they are doing to achieve our company goals. They had made great strides in recent years to help us all understand how our work supports the overall strategy.

I appreciate that they have done important work to modernize a very old company that needed to be approaching work in new ways. It's hard to change a large institution and I've been very impressed at the work they've done

There have been some recent changes to the leadership team that I think will set us up for future success. Our new leaders are bringing fresh eyes and new ideas, challenging us all to be the best versions of ourselves, as individuals and as a company.
