great company. but certainly does not pay good for the long-time employee. the longer you work here , the further the pay is off from the compa-ratio.... this is a sad thing. Retention of talent is not a thing here even they emphasize it in the quarterly meeting ....

I need a $30000 raise to meet my compa-ratio. For many years I have been working like low paid labor in the company. That is how bad the pay was for the past 7 years ....
