What makes you most happy at work?
The work is very interesting and I know that my contributions are highly valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We openly share ideas and brainstorm well. Everybody is included, heard and their opinions considered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It just seems like everybody is happy to be here and really work well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At my level there is a focus on stock based compensation. That is both motivating and rewarding. I also think our health care coverage if very good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team brings a lot of positive energy to the company. I think when there is positive energy at the top it permeates to all levels and makes for a good work environment.
