I learnt that a company like Synopsys develops products that have real world impact in the world. This is is very motivating for me. Synopsys has figured out how do to what it does and has been doing it for long time. But there is tremendous scope for modernizing within the company like processes.

Helping others by using my experience, skills, qualifications, knowledge by identifying the core problem and learning new things in the process makes me happy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Phycological Safety, Fear of Retaliation for honest feedback, Hierarchy, Modernization of Processes (Bring Agile, Lean Thinking into S/W departments) to improve Ownership. Agile improves team collaboration, LEAN decreases wastage and improves quality.
