New and challenging projects. The strong learning ethos that is encouraged.

Collaboration is encouraged. Pair programming and design are welcomed. People listen to each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cooperation among teams and the (for the most part) lack of effort put into silo-building.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communicate clearly and engage in excellent business management practices. It makes Synopsys a well-run engine of commerce.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's reasonably nimble, which is hard to manage for a global team such as ours. We communicate well and collaborate effectively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical coverage is better than typical. The page is reasonable. The flexible time-off policies are excellent, provided one isn't a workaholic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody has a 'Yes-If' attitude, meaning that as much as possible we agree to attempt things provided we have the means to do so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is laser focused on what's best for our customers, our R&D teams and the company. It's not about individual egos or career advancement; it's about company advancement and being the best EDA presence in the industry.
