Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There as been a significant inflation rate increase from the beginning of the year, and that was never discussed. There should have been an update in the middle of the year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting together with my team, and when possible to meet them in person, as they are spread across different countries. And be together in person should be more frequent than it's now.
