Early on it was good, but of late it is a huge bureaucratic mess.

To meet people and discuss things face to face
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Either collocated teams or regular travel to have good facetime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good individuals, but the team is highly spread out leading to low bonding and low communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No hope of any improvement. Company is not invested in making me a better version of myself for the benefit of the company. Maybe it is cheaper to hire someone with a higher salary than targeting and improving existing employees.
