Very profit focused. Saw more care for employees during COVID, but that has gone downhill since with the new CEO and cutbacks on any and every expense. We're constantly setting record revenues and stock prices, but we get rhetoric about poor economy impacting us, but that doesn't seem to be reality.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fringe monetary benefits (ESPP, RSUs, bonuses) and unlimited time off
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing employees, especially remote workers who don't get the perks of an office (catering, parties, etc) and who also don't receive a stipend for increased power consumption/etc from working from home. There should be more focus on being inclusive to those folks.
