What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that the "Yes, if..." motto has spread well. I find that the culture in the company promotes openness and positivity, e.g., I find people rarely say no to a challenge or when asked for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have knowledge that new hires without experience are being better compensated than myself and even others, who have been at the company for a longer time and, in my case, do have some experience, albeit not at Synopsys' areas of focus.
What makes you most happy at work?
Concerning work only, seeing myself being recognized for my work makes me happy. Considering the whole company environment, meeting my very friendly co-workers and taking some time to meet them at lunch and break times contributes greatly to my well-being at the company.
