they are providing top-down exposer of company plan/goal/MBO. Also, discuss openly about company future, which looks promising
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been with SNPS since 10 years, environment and culture has changed a lot. people are approachable this is a positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to many reasons didn't get compensated fairly. i looked into my 5 years compensation i have not received any significant increment even through got promoted. We should have performance based rewords, if you are working really hard and contributing to growth of the company, should get some reward
