Overall happy with work but need training and opportunity to grow and travel and meet people to improve. Further I really need growth in my work and compensation. People who have my experience are in good position. This will demotivate me, but I have not stopped performing. After 11year in Synopsys

Work wise we are one to complete the task. They are co-operative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader is good. But I feel Leader should understand individual requirement and motivate them to reach their goal. Eg : We will have only two things to expect from them growth in career and raise in salary. So appreciate if managers consider.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel i should have been given more opportunity which was not provided. And my compensation is hampered because of my growth. I am continuing in this company for long years, because company is excellent to work. I am happy to work in this company. I feel better if I get the correct growth and comp
