I have enjoyed being a part of the teams that watched Synopsys grow year after year. Our company leaders need to keep close to what made Synopsys an industry leader and do their best to keep fostering that mindset, versus adopting another company's practices. We should stay uniquely Synopsys.

Hiring capable people and identifying the appropriate opportunities to invest in.

We all perform at a high level, help each other think through solutions and provide the deliverables on time and high quality for Management to make decisions

I enjoy the work I deliver, the responsibilities I am given and that i am allowed to steer the process of modeling or the deliverables to sr. management.

We collaborate well, qa each others work, people look to our team as a resource and to be a source for their work and will regularly take inputs from our team. We colloaborate with so many teams, IR, IA, accting, BU's FP&A's, GTM, Marketing and Strategy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are excited about technology, knowledgeable about the future & the market with our customers and their projects. Synopsys leads the way in partnering with our customers in this arena of the development of cutting-edge tech. We have leveled up in the marketing of Synopsys thanks to our leaders

A sense of belonging and bringing your authentic self to work. As well as the quality of work we do. It makes you feels as if we are on cutting edge and leading the industry. Also how we manage our finances, which buoys the company through any economic issues, US or Global.
