Extra perks like interest free loan and car purchase program. Stock options is also great.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just becuase few senior coworker work till alte night and on weekends , manager expects same from me. My teammates dont have any personal life.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
to maintain same culture across the teams. My team is under too much pressure and manager asks us to work till late night and specially on weekends. I see this is not the same for other teams.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
diversity is on papers, ground reality is different. They need to ensure all of the teams are diversified and having regular breaks and outings atelast a month. AND NOT DISCUSS OFFICE STUFF IN THOSE OUTINGS AS WELL.
