What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at improving compensation and understanding how bad the situation is regarding infrastructure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has very bad compensation policies, and benefits should be better in any way (401k match, medicare, and everything else)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We should stop hiring people who don't have any skills, and don't understand what they are working on. Company should also provide appropriate trainings for everybody
