I switched to Synopsys from another tech company. Prior to switching I was very burned out. I did lose a bunch of RSUs by switching, but now I can maintain a healthy work-life balance while continuing to work on interesting projects.

Everyone steps up to solve difficult problems and help each other out. No one gets territorial or confrontational.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate clearly and seem to care about the products we make, our future as a company, DEI, culture, and the environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my package is the salary, although this may be because I recently moved to Synopsys and negotiated a good salary.
