I love working at Synopsys because I feel my work brings value to the employees. However, I do not think the management is aware of it (my work and its value) so it makes me insecure at times.

I perform above my level and am not compensated for it.

Our team is open to new tasks and challenges, willing to learn and to help, excited about our delivery, dedicated to Synopsys population.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at the higher level but cannot be promoted/compensated because theoretically there is "no need" for a higher level position within my team. Nevertheless, I am constantly managing my team's workload, directing, mentoring, etc. supporting my manager - all that while being stuck at Grade 67 (L2)
