What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be honest and straightforward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are friendly and helpful. It is a no-drama team, so generally we work good together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares about employees' wellbeing and is flexible with ETO requests. The management team has a positive and friendly attitude towards employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work independently for the most part, and I choose my own pace. Also, the flexibility to work from home is really important to me. My customers are very friendly and I take pleasure working with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company should offer more choices for medical coverage. Now, it's one HMO (Kaiser) and the rest are HSA plans. The stocks bonuses (RSUs) are OK, but the base pay is not as competitive as in our EDA competitors and other hi-tech companies overall.
