Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Company has lost its touch in the last 4-5 years. It was very employee friendly earlier and now everything is about cost cutting and budget restrictions. Highly inconsistent policies among different business units. No travel approvals. All benefit to US employees.

My team collaborates very well internally.

Culture is not good across team

It is less comparative to competition

They are very goal driven

Very good and passionate team

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company culture has deteriorated in the last few years. Nothing positive now.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to listen to leaf level employees and motivate them. Should have better compensation/RSU/good work life balance/unloading R&D of all responsibility/travels/offsites etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is very less in INDIA as compared to other tech companies. RSU are very less as compared to USA. No travel approvals even after getting selected in conferences. No offsite/party budgets.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to connect to leaf level employees and understand their pain point. Everything is Business unit dependent and no consistent policies across company. So much cost cutting. No Conference travels, no offsites, very less RSU, all pressure on R&D team. No pressure on Product owners.
