It is good company and growing at a good pace. But they should look to improve the compensation and reward. They should also look for employee benefits such as providing good meal at work, it keeps us healthy and motivates to work from office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low as compared to market standards, hikes were not good enough. If company wants to reward employees for their work and with limited hike, then RSU should be given at least.
