Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no stock options or RSUs given to employees in job grade 64,65. The other companies in the same industry are giving RSUs to the entry level employees as well. Moreover, the overall base compensation is too on the lower side of the bar as per the market standards.
