Company is good in terms of learning, but no one is happy to be a part of this company as the upper management has stopped giving hikes and promotions to SIG employees who were working so hard to earn some, but the management had not valued the employees enough which resulted in losing motivation.

Better hike, salary and awards will be great for SIG employees as everyone is losing hopes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No compensation and hike given this year as the market and living cost is going up and our salary remains the same as of previous year which means we are paying from our pocket this year which is a huge loss financially.
