At first I was excited to join the company but after joining I feel its mechanical,not seeing any motivation and personal growth which I wanted to explore in the area. No celebrations & no fun activities. On a note we are daily coming to office, in a rush to finish work, go home, join meetings again

Even within the same company one person is getting more opportunities and benefits compared to the others.

Communicating clear goals and vision for the team, Individual growth at team level. Appreciations helps to focus on working more effectively.

Not satisfied with the compensation, I feel it is not matching with the amount of work I am doing and the time I invested and it's not matching with the market value outside.

There is no such thing, every one is involved in their work there is no such thing as fun here. No celebrations of festivals and no team building activities culture no games. It's all about work every time and every day feels mechanical most of the time
