Need a Good leader with Good leadership qualities at IT India who treats all her team mates equally and support everyone without any discremination between the team mates without creating a toxic environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Coz, I had worked hard for couple of projects by streching long hours due to which my heath condition got detorated but my efforts were not valued rather was badly projected with negative comments.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
IT India Leader should treat all the team members equally without being unbiased, transparent, recognize and appreciate each ones hard work and should stop portraying negativity and false allegations to Upper Management if he/she are disliked by her.
