Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are working hard to deliver the projects on time. But the compensation or hike is not given up to the mark or not meeting the industry standards (Currently providing 6%-8%, which is less than the inflation rate). I would feel better if it is 20% or more, so that we can match with industry.
