What are some of the best things about your team?
Team collaboration is good. We achieve every milestone with lots of passion. But the saddest part is our manager becomes insecure after every few days looking at our collaboration and starts playing divide and rule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not as per market standards. First, you get less increase in offer, and you join thinking it will be taken care of in years to come but later you end up getting peanuts increase every year.
