They are always ready to help, no matter how busy they are. Irrespective of their experience level, everyone is approachable, and they help without judgements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are inclusive in every aspect and are very considerate about employee's well-being. They are pretty flexible about work hours and don't tail your activity as long as work gets done.

I admire the leadership team's unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. Their dedication to maintain open communication channels ensures that everyone's voice is heard, ideas are valued, and decisions are taken collectively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compenstion package is that all the necessities are covered separately i.e., excluding base pay. We get money for just food in our food cards every month. Wi-Fi bills are re-imbursed, rent is taken care of. This ensures that employees are taken care of and not just monetarily.
