What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is a very long time to write. It won't work in short. First of all, we must observe the canons of etiquette...
What makes you most happy at work?
Those moments in which I realize that I have almost solved the technical problem that was assigned to me (and of course after solving the problem). And of course, sometimes I have tea (coffee) together and discussions with friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have no problems with teamwork or intrapersonal relationships. The only problem is the low salary and lack of bonuses. This is very anti-motivating and personally my productivity drops because of this... And I almost never have face-to-face conversations with the manager. This is also a big minus.
