Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that my contributions and dedication haven't been fully recognized or valued. implemented solutions which saved more than 40K$ to our company. despite this effort instead of recognition my hike degrading last year 4% and this year3% no share and CIP also deducted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
strong company culture is built on clear values that guide decision-making and behavior at all levels of the organization. I feel that your company's culture and values have been deviating from last 2 year specific to IT India team what they used to be concerning.

What I like best about the leadership team at Synopsys is their passion for work, which creates a lively atmosphere that fosters collaboration and innovation., but in IT India it's completely opposite. Synopsys is a great place to work but some of them are running the culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have successfully completing numerous project. significant cost savings for the company, totaling more than $50,000.I was expecting my efforts to be recognized. Despite the salary increases of 4 % in 2022 and 3 % in 2023 (CIP deducted and no share), my contributions haven' been fully recognized
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Synopsys is great place to work, that is the reason most of the company are stick form longer duration. Synopsys give value toward employees. from last two year in IT India we are only seeing only negativity which is loosing Synopsys value culture due to which many IT India team are mentally harass.
