As a company SYNOPSYS is alway and its still a great place to work but some how the management with services based and biased mindset is very impactful in negative way.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are spending just 2% of the Operational Margin to the team. as industrial standard says it should be atleast 3% of our operational margin.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
create positive and good work environment and have clean road map for the team also have technical knowledge about the technology that the team is involved into and make synopsys is great place to work and recommend for other to get into this great team. It was great place to work..
