Company is great but the local leadership and HR is pathetic

Toxic environment. Currently self motivated and trying to do my best at work

All good but due to poor leadership and toxic environment currently team is demotivated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Corporate leadership and corporate HR intervene this and take serious actions on local HR and Local IT leadership in India
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First of all they are not leaders, they hired based on references and zero leadership skills. Local HR and corporate team is aware but no one is doing anything. Due to the toxic enviorment she created 4 sr, Managers already left and one Director also left.
