Very good for newer employees. As you get older and more experienced it starts to be less interesting because the company only focus on new hires
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company is only interested in finding new employees and not keeping the more experienced ones. The most recent example is related with the new job levelling which is very unfair in most of the cases, Employees with 2/3 years have the same grade as employees with 8+ years
