
We definitely have a lot more structure and processes incorporated into our workflows for our daily job compared to outside teams.
Interacting with my co-worker's in the office. Seeing my team contributing to their work and collaborating. Seeing my colleagues putting effort into their work.
I believe my performance in regards to my role shows I outperform the team and I am confident in that. My current compensation seems to be on the lower end of the scale for my title and would like a re-evaluation based on my performance and additional responsibilities comparable to my colleagues.
