Bad at communication with most of the company wide announcements. Poor direction and vision with new CEO
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nowhere close to industry standard. RSUs are terrible. No childcare benefits. With rising cost of living, employees are financially burdened with the benefits & compensation that Synopsys provides and nearly have to live paycheck to paycheck.
