A cohesive team, open and constructive communication channels. Great credit to the Manager for maintaining and fostering such an environment in the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing the tasks, learning new things, meeting and interacting with my team and coworkers. Feeling valued, acknowledged and appreciated for any task done well, getting regular constructive feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Medical benefits, Mental and physical health related benefits are minimal and could be improved. More focus on meaningful team building activities (fosters belonging). Quicker resolution of infrastructure issues (basic amenities at workspace, lack of seating even after two years of RTO).
