Overall the experience has been good. It could had been better if flexible WFH options are given to people staying far away from their hometown.

We are a diverse team with people from different parts of the country.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the extra efforts that are being put in work apart from the work hours are not being compensated enough. The compensation amount in terms of salary/RSU's/bonuses needs to be increased.
What makes you most happy at work?
It feels good when I get to explore the things that I am doing as a part of my work. But I get very less time for this and instead feel that I'm stuck in mundane tasks.
