Worst company to work for with respect to compensation, work life balance and Ethics!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fixed work timings and no calls after working hours! No work on weekends. Unnecessary work pressure created by micromanagement. Unrealistic ETAs and Project Lead time!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is not matched with experience as per market standards but the quantity of work is same. No Stocks were given even on promotion while people in other teams are getting stocks with just normal hikes.
