There's no parity here. According to HR we should call each other by their first name but everyone uses Sir/Ma'am for seniors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My paycheck is even less than what a fresher gets here. They don't value the persons working with them. They take them for granted.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We should value each other's work. And there should be party in appreciating the peers with their work. But here it depends only on the team lead.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They shifted the office very far away. It's a hustle to reach here. It's a hustle to enter in the office premises. It's a hustle to get the lift for desired floor. Thing are getting stolen from the cubicles. Cafeteria is very small in terms of space and food offering.
