Yes if culture motivates me a lot in any hard situation. Makes me think about possible if conditions to solve a problem.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to guide my juniors and each day we work towards achieving a bigger goal makes me happy and excited.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel Synopsys is a conservative company and does not pay well. Sometimes employees who are paid well this year or not given good/no hike the subsequent year. Reasons being I am paid well last year.
