Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RSU an more than CPI annual salary increment. Truly disappointed with the 0 % annual salary increment in 2023, especially considering the significant increase in SNPS's revenue and profit margins.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Truly disappointed with the best performance in my team but 0% annual salary increment (colleagues are all 0% in my team), no RSU and job title changed policy. Believe SNPS does not value its human assets and don't think these policies can have sustainable growth in the long run.
