My team is very supportive and welcoming. They are highly motivated towards improving themselves and also the team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work culture here in synopsys is very good and employee friendly. We have flexibility in timings, good workplace facilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are being recognized as a pioneer in IP manufacturing. Since, we are doing well and are being compared with few renowned semiconductor giants, it is expected that the compensation should be matched. (if not increasing the base salary, at least providing few company stocks would be encouraging)
